At Course Studio Hub, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality course creation, curriculum development, design, publishing setup, marketing, and digital production services. Every project we handle is customized to your unique course vision, requiring specialized time, expertise, and creative execution.
Because our services are custom-built and time-based, this Refund Policy outlines the specific conditions in which refunds may or may not be granted. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
Before project initiation
If no work has started, a full refund (minus payment processor fees) may be issued.
Service not delivered
If Course Studio Hub fails to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeline without prior communication or reasonable cause.
Duplicate payment
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the customized and digital nature of our work, certain services become non-refundable once initiated, including but not limited to:
- Course writing, curriculum planning, editing, or content creation
- Video editing, course formatting, or design work in progress or completed
- Marketing or promotional campaigns once materials are created, scheduled, or distributed
- LMS integrations, setup fees, or third-party platform configurations already processed
- Any service where substantial time, resources, or creative effort has already been invested
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:
- Email info@coursestudiohub.com within seven (7) business days of delivery or project cancellation.
- Include your order ID, payment confirmation, and a detailed explanation of the request.
- Our Quality Assurance team will review your claim within 10–15 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. No Refunds for Client Delays or Non-Response
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- The project is delayed due to client inaction or unresponsiveness
- Required course materials, approvals, or content are not provided on time
- The client chooses to stop or cancel the project after major progress has already been made
Projects may be resumed once the client reestablishes communication and provides the required materials.
5. Third-Party Services
Course Studio Hub may collaborate with third-party vendors—such as LMS platforms, integration tools, ad networks, or hosting providers—to complete certain aspects of your project.
Refunds for third-party fees are subject to their respective policies, which may fall outside our direct control.
Course Studio Hub does not claim ownership of your course content.
You grant us limited permission to use your materials only for service delivery and—with your written consent—for portfolio or testimonial purposes.
6. Dispute Resolution
We aim for complete client satisfaction.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact our Support Team at info@coursestudiohub.com before submitting a refund claim.
We will review your concerns and work with you to find a fair resolution, including revisions or adjustments where applicable.
7. Policy Updates
Course Studio Hub reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
